My older dd during one of her bouts - doesn't she look tough!!! :D
I've had that title in my Silhouette library forever just waiting for the perfect photo to use it with, and I think this photo fits the bill perfectly!! I used just a bit of my supplies from my April Studio Calico kit, but lots of my stash too! I went for a red white and blue themed layout with lots of stars too to match her outfit. The cameras base that frame the photo is made from strips of washi tape.

Victory Vixen....
This is my roller derby girl in her head shot that they took last year - her first year with the Kansas City Roller Warriors - one of the top roller derby teams in the US! Her team is called the Victory Vixens and they have a vintage 50's theme for their team.
I made this layout for some design team work at my local scrapbook store - Scrapbook Corner - located in Cabot, Arkansas. I used the new Maggie Holmes for Crate Paper line. It's a gorgeous mix of girly, vintage papers and ephemera of which I used lots to layer on this layout! The feather is by Bella Blvd. I cut the title out using a font I downloaded from Dafont.com (I can't remember which font it was!!) and then used my Silhouette Cameo to cut it out from some American Crafts POW gold glitter paper. Love that I can use ANY font that I've downloaded onto my computer with my Silhouette and weld the letters together. For the butterfly, I layered a couple of diecut butterflies and then used one of the bows for it's body.
I'm so glad you stopped by today! Hope you are having a great day!! :)

All You Need is Love....
This is a favorite photo of my dd and her husband I took a couple of years ago.
This is a fairly simple layout - I really wanted the photo to shine on the beautiful piece of Maggie Holmes Crate paper! I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut my title (both of them actually - I used the negative and positive pieces of the same cut). I punched lots of circles and a few hearts of confetti and scattered them around my page. I added a few rubons and enamel dots with a flair and wooden banner piece to complete my layout!

Home is where the Dog is....
My cutie Maltese Zoey - I love taking her photo right after she's been groomed! The bows and bandannas never stay on for more than an hour, but she's still cute even without them!! ;) I used my Iphone to take these.
I did some misting with the mask that came in my March Studio Calico kit. The paper is from their new line called Snippets - it's one of my most favorite patterns that I've seen in a while and I just might be hoarding several more pieces of it!! I usually don't like rub-ons, but the ones by Amy Tan are just too cute and I've already used up half of the pack that came in the SC kit.
